Leading up to my trip to my folks' house in Boise, I was often asked what the weather would be like. My standard answer is always to explain that it won't be as cold as Spokane, and we probably won't have snow.
I was right about the cold, but wrong about the snow. This was Christmas Eve after taking the dog out for a walk.
