Oh sweet Azteca, may we never tire of you on these very special Taco Tuesdays. More importantly, it was a Mike Birthday Taco Tuesday! However, a couple things have changed at the downtown Spokane Azteca that you should be made aware of right now:
1. They serve on paper plates.
2. They don't dress your tacos aside from the meat. You put on your own tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, etc. Which kind of makes it less fun, because those Taco Dressers sure were quick and fun to watch.
