Once again, flowers on my dining room table. At least I'm mixing it up by featuring my right eye (it's the stronger of the two). I bought these tulips for/on Mother's Day, and when I was standing in line to buy them, the lady at the checkstand was talking to the gentleman in front of me saying something like "Just wait, there's going to be a whole bunch of people coming in today and asking me 'Hey, where are all of your Mother's Day cards?' and I'm just gonna tell them, 'Sorry, we ran out, maybe you should have thought about that any of the other 364 days of the year.'" I felt like telling her, "Lady, I know for a fact that Rosauers does NOT carry Mother's Day cards for more than 60 days in the year, so quit being so crabby." But instead I just stepped up to by my Mother's Day flowers, yes, ON Mother's Day.
