I love your baking habit. If it's a habit. I've seen a couple pictures of it, and to me that seems like a Martha Stewart like frenzy of a baking season. :) If you are such a pro that you have any delicious tried and tested recipes, bring them here... I might do some baking for little gifts, if I decide that I make things people would actually want...
Very good at certain things (scrambled eggs), pretty good at other things (writing), could use serious improvement at still other things (sewing), and is darn lousy at the rest (sports).
I have also been described as a music encyclopedia (undeservedly).
Betty Baker rides again, this time with hammer-chopped almonds! This is butter crunch toffee. I made it without the required candy thermometer.
